The court while concluding the arguments has summoned reply from NAB by November 16.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court on Monday has summoned reply from National Accountability Bureau (NAB) over PPP leader Dr Asim Hussain’s plea seeking removal of name from Exit Control List (ECL).
During the hearing, Hussain’s counsel Latif Khosa requested the court to permit his client to travel abroad for medical treatment while removing his name from ECL.
He argued that Dr Asim had complied by the orders of the court in the past when he was allowed to leave for treatment abroad and returned within the prescribed time.
Latif Khosa maintained that the court had directed to place Hussain’s name on ECL in case he recuperates completely however; his client in still under-treatment.
The court while concluding the arguments has summoned reply from NAB by November 16.
